Service usage guidelines
- The above prices include VAT.
- You can check your purchased Pass on the "Account Management > Pass Management" page. Go to My Payment History
- Your purchased pass is available immediately after payment and can be used until the end of the contracted period from the payment date.
- The first month free period is only available once for Basic and Standard plans, and if you cancel or withdraw during or after this period, it will not be provided again.
- During the free period, you cannot change plans within 24 hours before the regular payment.
- You can cancel your purchased pass at any time, and if there is no usage within 7 days from the monthly payment date, you can apply for a withdrawal and get a full refund.
If there is usage within 7 days or after 7 days, the refund amount will be reduced by the number of days used. View refund policy - When requesting a refund, the refund amount is deducted from the pass purchase price by the actual service usage amount and refund penalty. The actual service usage amount is calculated based on the number of days used, document translations, and image translations.
If used by a team, the entire team's usage will be considered for the refund amount. - In the event of payment failure or service expiration, data (glossaries, team information, etc.) will be provided for backup for 5 days from the payment failure or service expiration date, after which all data will be deleted. (The same applies to team members for team plans.)
- Features provided to paid users cannot be used after the service period expires.
- If the registered payment method is deleted/changed or if the payment method is suspended/over the limit/changed due to the use of Naver Pay's simple payment, regular payments will not be possible, and service use will be restricted due to payment failure.
- Due to app market policies, passes purchased in the app cannot be changed or canceled on the web. You must make any changes or cancellations within the app store where the purchase was made (Google Play/App Store).
